Lunch date on Saturday :)

Today was one of my Saturdays off from work and if anyone knows me.....they know i love to get out and enjoy my days off....usually consisting of shopping or other adventures. LOL

I was on my way to meet a few special ladies in my life for lunch....my aunt, cousin, grandmother, and my step mom. We were going to try out the new Longhorn in town....yum! I wanted to look nice causal so lets just see what i put together for our fun lunch date....

I just bought these pants at Dots (ladies/junior clothing store) i found this store through my cousin Mallory....she shops there often and now she has me hooked. I stopped in there the other day just to browse and came across these lovelies! Perfect for that pretty spring day....now lets see what i can put with them.

This is one of my cami drawers, i think that peach color will look great layered with another color....hmmmmm???? lets see what i can dig up

I love this mint green....perfect for the light peach color....ladies don't ever feel that you cant mix colors, YOU CAN! Colors are HUGE this season! Now i don't really want to wear just the cami's together....how about a denim jacket???

Santa brought me this jacket a few years ago from Hollister....I Love how it has a faded worn look! Ok so I'm defiantly not going to go jewelryless or barefoot.....i just got some really cute new shoes that have alot of these colors in them...i bet they would look awesome

These shoes are from Off Broadway and ladies if you've never been.....well prepare yourself! It's like SHOE HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!! :) rows and rows of nothing but awesome shoes oh and girls let me tell ya they have amazing clearance racks!! also every time you buy a pair of shoes they give you reward credits on the bottom of your receipt, kind of like a coupon, well i snagged these babies for $20 because i had almost $10 in old receipts :))) Boo-ya!! OK moving on to the jewels to pull the look together....i have what i like to call a treasure chest of jewelry...so its sometimes hard to choose what to put, because its all so pretty. also a tid bit of info I've noticed with jewelry....when in doubt go classic!!!
I went with the bronze look today.....don't be afraid to mix metallics....i put gold in there and Silver! :)
this pic below is an up close picture of my necklace i wore today, it has sentimental value. My grandparents traveled out west several years ago and brought this back to me from the black hills, in South Dakota! I wore it today since i was having lunch with my grandma that got it for me, well and because of course it had the right colors i was looking for to pull my outfit together

VoilĂ ....this is the final product!! just enjoying the pretty day!!! :) Hope y'all enjoy too!!

Up and Running!

So here we go.....

This blog creation started with the idea from several friends and family memebers....i started one about a year ago but it was so over my head i just gave up way too soon. Well low and behold some of my awesome customers inspired me to start it up again, i thought why not, it cant be that hard and so far its been great. I love writing how i feel and im so exctied for yall to see what my true passion in life is....that is SHOPPING!!! I would give anything to be a personal shopper, that is how much i love it!

Let me give yall a little bit of background on how my Love for Shopping and fashion started. My grandmother, "MUM" kept me when i was little and this is where is all started....(my mom loves to blame her for my shopping habits) Mum and I would go shopping all the time whether it be the grocery store or a great department store....i was shopping with her before i could walk. I learned early on to go straight to the "SALE RACK" some people may roll their eyes or walk on by, but little do they know that a gem could be hiding in that crazy, sometimes messy, closet thrown up looking rack! Over half, almost all of my closet is made up of sale rack clothing, shoes, purses and whatnots! I am what you would call a Savvy Shopper, i would much rather walk into a store and buy five cute things for the same price i could buy one cute thing.

So this blog is going to be my inside secret on the lessons of shopping Savvy and looking your best too! I love to help Ladies/Men look great :) Ask any of my friends, family or boyfriend....i am always trying to help them i even have my brother letting me just do all his Christmas shopping....he gives me the money and ta-da its done.

My goal is to post a couple times a week a few outfits i wear on a day to day basis along with info on where to find it and how much....i may throw a few other useful pieces of info for us all on the lastest trends and the ocassional Men's trends :)

So to all my hope to be future followers out there....thanks for taking the time to see what im up to and i hope you enjoy :)
